Lots of ideas and
suggestions , September 25, 2003
I haven't tried any of the recipes
yet, but the first three or four chapters
are perfect for those of us who are just
starting on our food allergy journey.
I plan to send copies to my mother and my
sister-in-law because they have been very
concerned about holiday meals. The book
includes suggestions for dealing with
this. That way when we all get together,
I can eat some of the family foods. I
will probably also take my own food and
the author gives really good suggestions
for this, too.
